It’s not Louis: If you look closely, you can see that Louis doesn’t sing the ‘gets me’-part in the ‘the way that you flip your hair gets me overwhelmed’-sentence, even though you can hear the voice singing it
So it’s Liam or Niall.
Later on, they sing ‘You don’t know you’re beautiful, if only you saw what I can see’
Niall stops singing after ‘beautiful’ and starts again at the ‘I can see’. Liam does sing the entire sentence.
The high voice stops after beautiful and -you can hear this very clearly- starts again at the ‘I can see’
Conclusion: Niall is the high pitched voice.
